Elder Richard R. Terry is the Pastor and Founder of Sanctuary of Hope Ministries Church Inc. His direction and leadership has helped hundreds of other ministries before starting his own ministry. Pastor Terry has a heart after God and truly loves all nations of people.
His desire is to help all who desire true salvation from our lord Jesus Christ. His compassion toward all humanity and commitment to helping people serve God is clearly seen in his daily service to both local and surrounding communities.
One of his ultimate goals is to raise up and train strong leaders to teach and preach the gospel of our lord Jesus Christ.

Elder Thomas Howard is the Assistant Pastor of Sanctuary of Hope Ministries Church Inc. His passion to serve our Lord Jesus Christ is clearly seen not only in his teaching ministry, but also in his personal life. His constant commitment to showing compassion to those that are less fortunate and personal commitment and loyalty to family, make him well suited for a vessel that can be used by God.
Elder Howard is a excellent teacher and awesome bible scholar. He is currently one of the lead teachers of our Tuesday night bible School class. In addition, he also makes his self available to preach on Sunday. He is a great addition to and wonderful help to this ministry.

Elder Anthony Mitchell is an Associate Pastor of Sanctuary of Hope Ministries Church Inc. He is a committed leader, wonderful preacher, and an excellent bible historian. He continues to strive to do the will of God both in Delaware and other parts of the United States.
He also helps different ministries where needed while advancing his own personal ministry. His faithfulness to obey God’s word is what sets him apart from others and his sincere desire to serve others will help to further his mission to do what God has call him to do.
